Kohring's notice of his change of plea, filed in U.S. District Court, follows a similar announcement last week by former House Speaker Pete Kott, who also will be sentenced Friday.
Kohring, in his filing, said he and prosecutors had agreed on a sentence, but he didn't disclose what it was.
